Avondale Meadows is made possible through the Meadows Community Foundation, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. Revitalizing neighborhoods requires access to capital, intellectual property and resources that are only possible through partnerships with a wide array of businesses, individuals and other not-for-profits. We could not achieve our important work without our community partners.

The Avondale Meadows revitalization strategy is to combine positive social good and community results with an environmentally responsible development. We are accomplishing this work through public/private partnerships with the City of Indianapolis, the State of Indiana, several federal agencies, numerous corporate partners, neighborhood foundations, organizations and not-for-profit-entities.
